- Open a channel from a different group. Nothing in any group means the server side, not one stream.
- Read the expiry date in the app. Past the date means your line lapsed, which looks the same as an outage.
- Try the login on mobile data; if it plays there, your network is the block.
- If the seller who activated you is silent and the site you paid on has changed, the line is not coming back.
